Braille Graffiti

This is one of those ideas that is so obvious and makes so much sense, but has never been discovered or used by anyone. Genius, because it not only opens the concept of graffiti up to the blind, but that they are such beautifully designed public art installations for the seeing. And I bet noone will question its installation by day, because it looks formally official.
